HouseInSicily have excellent local knowledge and have helped us in getting key utilities setup e.g. electricity, telephone and broadband. HouseInSicily have also overseen our renovation projects and kept us up to date on progress and any issues that arose. They are also a very helpful with being able to check on our property while we are not there year around. We highly recommend HouseInSicily and continue to use their services today.

Without the help and backup of Richard and Becky we would never have been able to embark on our 'Sicilian adventure'. It may be a cliché but these guys really do go that extra mile for you.

In August 2008 we travelled to Sicily with our car with some friends. Three months before I started searching the internet for suitable self catering apartments in Cefalu, Sicily. I came across La Ferla apartments and contacted the agents. We were not disappointed neither in correspondence and nor the apartments. When we arrived we were met by Rebecca who is a very nice and helpful English women and she took us to the apartments. We all were very surprised because the apartments were better than we expected, we also found a food package (coffee-milk-wine-biscuits etc) which we did not expect either. The apartments are situated on a hill and from the large terrace you have an excellent view of Cefalu and beaches. They even have a Sicilian kitchen and a pizza oven and even a washing machine. We enjoyed ourselves so much we did not bother to go out at night. I was congratulated by my friends for the excellent choice of the apartments. We had a fantastic honeymoon at your accommodation. I think this accommodation is an ideal place for honeymooners. We enjoyed the great views, the peaceful location, making BBQ's.
